Chesapeake- Dr. Jean Pratt, a long time resident of Chesapeake died Saturday April, 1st, 2017. Born 1940 in New York, she obtained her doctoral degree in Public Administration from C.W. Post, and her Masters in nursing. Jean, is survived by two brothers, David S. Small of New York and Kenneth Small of Chesapeake, VA. She volunteered for the Chesapeake Fire Department, and the YMCA.

A memorial service will be held Saturday April 8th, 2017 at 1pm, at Graves Funeral Home, 1631 Church St.,Norfolk, VA. Fellowship / Repass location Fire Station #3, immediately following the service.
