Regina Jeanette Jones was born March 6, 1949 to the late Wardell and Pauline White of Princess Anne, Maryland. She departed this life on Friday, April 21, 2017 at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, Virginia.
Regina attended public school in Somerset County. She worked many general labor jobs. She was later employed for more than 10 years at Hampton Inn. Her Christian training was at East Side Ministry in Venton, Maryland, where she was a member.
She was united in in holy matrimony to Noah Jones of Belle Glade, Florida. Regina loved her husband and the God she lived for with all her heart.
Regina was a loving caring person, who would give her very best. Her family came first. Her husband and children were her world. She will be missed by her family, friends and the community with whom she left so many fond memories. Her concern for people and her precious smile will be what is remembered the most.
She was mostly known for cooking for her nieces and nephews. She would cook her famous pancakes that she enjoyed making for them. She also enjoyed spending time with her great nieces and nephews.
Surviving to cherish precious memories of her are: Her husband, Noah Jones, Jr of Belle Glade, Florida; One son, Troy of Shelton, of Salisbury Maryland, and a daughter, Chelsea Shelton of Salisbury, Maryland; Two grandchildren, Shaneka Shelton- Johnson of Hurlock, Maryland and Troy Shelton Jr. of Salisbury, Maryland; Two sisters Lennette Whittington (Randy) of Princess Anne, Maryland; Valentine White of Princess Anne, Maryland; Two brothers, Ronald White (Lynette) of Salisbury, Maryland and Lawrence White of Princess Anne, Maryland; and a sisters-in-law Mamie Jones of Georgia.
Preceding Regina in death was her mother Pauline Elizabeth White and her father Wardell Mark White; Her grandparents, Edward Robinson and Elizabeth Robinson; Rev. Burdell White and Emma White of Princess Anne, Maryland and one grandson, Kyle Trey Shelton.
