LIFE can’t be counted in candles or measured in numbers of years, it’s counted in small joys and good times, laughs as well as in heartaches and tears.
LIFE can’t be counted in candles, but in things done with effort and pride, with dreams followed boldly and hopes kept alive in times when we’ve failed but tried.
LIFE can’t be counted in candles or measured in years that have flown by, it’s counted in kindness, love, close family and friends.
On Sept. 7, 2017, Lonnie transitioned from this life and entered his heavenly home to reunite with his father and sister.
On May 5, 1958, Lonnie was born to Mrs. Dorothy White and late Zephaniah White. On September 7, 2017, Lonnie was called home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Lonnie was loving, kind and a joy to be around. Lonnie touched the heart of everyone he came into contact with, in his own special way. Lonnie loved to eat and watch TV as well as sit and talk with his mother. Lonnie had an impactable memory of his life and all his family and friends. He was the sweetest person you could ever meet. He will be truly missed by his family and friends. Lonnie, you are gone but never forgotten. Rest Easy until we meet again.
Lonnie was predeceased by his father Zephaniah White, and sister Mable (Jean) Fulgham. He leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Dorothy White of Norfolk; sister, Tonia White of Virginia Beach; brother, Arthur Ridley of Norfolk, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and his cut buddy Ray Ray along with family and friends.
