Condolence: I was so sorry to hear about Betty passing. We were next door neighbors for 16 years in Calvert. Even with moving our friendship span over 30 years. I would often stop by her house on Va Beach Blvd after getting off work and sat on her porch while she drank her Pepsi and I would enjoy my ice tea. Sometimes she would ask me to take her to Wendys she liked their hamburgers!!! We enjoyed sharing our Sunday dinner ideas and she fixed excellent hot home-made rolls. I'm going to miss her. My heart is so heavy. I know that she is now enjoying a new heavenly home. Rest in peace my friend. Vanessa

Condolence: Betty, I know that you are resting well in heaven now. We had a very nice visit together last month. You adored my dog Buddy, whom you always remarked that you would love a small dog like him. You gave us both a big hug when we said goodbye. My mom is also going to miss your frequent phone calls to check on and chat with her. She sends her deepest sympathies to your family as well.

Condolence: Betty will truly be missed in our family..we would talk for hours.laugh more.and share many beautiful memories..She never changed as a true friend from the first day that we met in February,1996..one of the best single LADIES in Calvert Square...a jewel and a blessing with the best way to say "right-right" that I have ever heard.and the best mac and cheese you could ever taste!!
