On April 22, 2018 God called one of his Angel’s home. Susie Georgia Benthell Morris was born on October 14, 1962.
Susie believed in The Lord and accepted Christ into her life at an early age. Susie was a member of St. Phillips Pentecostal Church in Suffolk, Virginia.

Susie was known by many names; Susie Q, Sue, Mommy, Pumpkin, Grandma and Sweetie Pie. She always had a listening ear and would always be there for you in a heartbeat; no matter what. When Susie loved, she loved hard. She was a true believer in family and staying together.

Susie was predeceased by her grandchild, Tigan Benthell.

Susie leaves to cherish her memory her Spiritual Mother, Charlotte Cody; her husband, Danny Oneal Morris; seven children, Deshawn Benthell, Gladys Benthell (Raphawn Staton), Deleon Benthell, Artika Mourning, Orvella Morris, Shakirah Morris and Ruth Brown; eleven grandchildren, Raphawn Staton, Jr., James Staton, Matthew Staton, Donovan Mourning, Keivon Mourning, MyAngel Barrett, Semia Mourning, Elijah Mourning, Adrianna Mourning, Deshawn Benthell, Jr., and Cortez Benthell; as well as a host of extended relatives and friends.
