Julia Hill Smith-Williams, 90, better known as "Sister," peacefully departed this life on March 7, 2018. Born and raised in Norfolk, VA; she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James E. Hill. She will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister. Julia leaves to cherish her memory three sisters, Oretha Stone, Celestine Hill, and Ruth Jones; a son, William A. Smith, Jr; a daughter, Bonnie Williams Knotts; and a host of relatives. The viewing and visitation will be on Monday, March 12th from 1-6p. in Graves Funeral Home. A celebration of her life will take place on Tuesday, March 13th, at 11 am at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, Norfolk, VA.
