Condolence: I worked with Paul many years ago at the former PWC within the Solid Waste Department for the Department of the Navy. He was always a very pleasant person, always calm, and always a gentleman. For a long while, I was the only female in a department of men, and Paul made me feel right at home. He taught me so much about operating very large trucks. He will truly be missed. Rest in peace. My heart felt condolences to his family.
