Michele Lynne Walke,61 entered into eternal rest on August 9,2018 at Chesapeake General Hospital. Michele, a native of Norfolk, VA, was born on August 14,1956, to the Bishop Wilbert L. Daniels Sr.and the late Mary Elizabeth Daniels. She worked at Chesapeake Health and Rehabilitation Center as a LPN.


Michele was a wonderful woman that was loved, is missed and will always be cherished. Michele was an lovely Wife, amazing Mother and grandmother, wonderful sister, proud daughter. Michele was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends, most especially over the holidays. She truly enjoyed black and white western movies. She loved her grandchildren like they were her own. There’s no denying that those where her grand babies (as she called them). Times shared at grandma’s house very special her and all of her grandchildren


She leaves to cherish her memories her longtime husband, James Russell Walke Sr.; her father Wilbert L Daniels and mother Lillian Daniels, her children Keasha Walke, James Russell Walke Jr.(Nicole) and Courtney Walke. Her grandchildren Imani Bankston, Taquan Parker, Lotus and Aria Walke; and great grand daughter Madisyn Coney Parker Her brothers and sisters, Wilbert L. Daniels Jr.( Melvonia),Brenda Sharp, Paulette Turner,Michael L. Daniels (Coco), Annette Bonner, Darlene Johnson, Shelton (Teresa) Daniels, and Stephen Daniels, brother-in-law George Cooper(Geraldine)and Floyd Walke ,sis -in-law Lossie Board(Joseph) and a host of nieces and nephews, friends and coworkers.
