Ms. Sheila Ford

We are here to celebrate the life of Ms. Sheila M. Ford. Sheila was born to Herman O. Gainey Sr and Evelma Gainey on January 19, 1960 in Norfolk Va. She was educated by Norfolk Public Schools and was an employee at The Ready Academy as well as the Murray Center.
On November 9, 2018 heaven opened up to receive another angel. For those who knew Sheila knew that she had an abundance of love and laughs to share. She was a very kind-hearted and giving person and never liked to see anyone without. She loved eating out and spending time with her grandkids. Sheila has touched the lives of a lot of people, and she is gonna be missed but never forgotten.
As she enters the gates of heaven, her mother, Evelma Gainey and father, Herman O. Gainey Sr is waiting there for here with open arms.
Also waiting for her will be her brothers, Kenneth Ford, Russell L. Gainey, and Franklin Gainey who all predeceased her. To continue her legacy she leaves two daughters. Kizzy M. Fulbright (Lionel) and Katina D. Cook (Todd). She also leaves four grandchildren, Dywanique D. Ford, Kiloni J. Fulbright, Tod'Je K. Cook, and Todd L. Cook Jr.
Three brothers Ronald Ford (Tawanda), Herman O. Gainey Jr, (Benita) and Terry Gainey. One sister Luella Case. A very special cousin Valerie "Fee-Fee" Gray. And special friends that were close to her heart, Ms.Jackie Lee, Ms Sylvia Goodwyn and Mr. Rodney Gray.
