Mr. Stefon T. Grimes, age 23, died in Norfolk, Virginia, on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 from a senseless act of violence.
Born September 8, 1995, in Chesapeake, Virginia, he lived in Norfolk, Virginia with his father, Curtis Grimes. He was a graduate of Norview High School, class of 2015, where he played football and was known as #56 on the field. He was a self-employed motivated young man who worked in Yard and Lawn Maintenance with his brother at Mitchell & Sons Lawn Care, LLC. As a child, Stefon played football for the Campostella Titans for several years and was in his final stages of becoming a Merchant Seaman.
