Obituary for Yvonne Hall (Miller)
Yvonne “Honey” Hall was born on December 17, 1950 in Norfolk, VA to the late Willie and Josephine Miller. On Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Maryview Medical Center, Yvonne was called to eternal rest. She was preceded in death by a loving grandmother, Annie Miller; a devoted aunt, Mable McNeil; brothers, Carl Miller and Pedro Miller.
Yvonne was a 1969 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. She dutifully served with the Virginia Department of Health for 28 years. In her leisure time Yvonne loved to indulge in Sci-Fi movies and daytime TV shows. She also adored spending quality time with her family. Yvonne was well known for her stylish fashion sense.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, on which today they would be celebrating 49 years of marriage, Mack Hall, Jr.; daughter, Montrell Hall; son, Mack Hall, III; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren who all loved Nana dearly; three brothers, Phillip Miller, Cary Miller, and Willie Miller; two sisters-in-law, Carolyn Miller and Carolyn Powell; two brothers-in-law, Arthur Hall and Alvin Powell as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
