Obituary for William Aaron Wiggins Sr.

On Father's Day, Sunday, June 21, 2020 William Aaron Wiggins, Sr. (affectionately known as "Redd or "Unk') was called home to glory. He was born January 22, 1950 in Norfolk, VA to the late Clarence Wiggins, Jr. and Jane Ellen Bell Wiggins. He was a graduate of Union Kempsville High School in the Virginia Beach Public School System and affiliated with Church Partnerships with Andrew Wommack, Bill Winston, and Creflo Dollar Ministries. Redd was a charismatic individual who had a smile that would light up any room. He had an extremely giving heart and always went above and beyond to assist those in need. He used his God given gifts and talents to bless others by giving his best. He especially loved sports, horticulture, landscaping, taking long drives, spade card games, and washing cars. He was a life long resident of Virginia and was previously employed with the City of Virginia Beach. He leaves to cherish his memory, two sons, William Aaron Wiggins, Jr. and Yuwell Antonio Wiggins; two daughters, Franshawn Felicia Brown, and Shannon Nicole Brown; three stepdaughters Kimberly Thurogood, Lakesha Davis, and joretha Isby; three brothers Clarence Lee Wiggins, III, Donald James Wiggins, and Robert Arnold Wiggins; one sister Crystal Lynn George, 19 beautiful grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
