On Thursday October 1, 2020, Jerome Ball, loving husband and father, passed away at the age of 62. Jerome was born March 12, 1958 in Warren, Ohio Willie and Ozell Ball. He graduated from Warren G Harding High School in 1976 where he was an all-star wrestler and avid basketball player. Jerome loved his smooth jazz and r&b, doing a little two-step, and most importantly, enjoying a fine cigar. He was known by many names but “Mack Squizzo” was the one he loved to be called the most. Jerome was a valued employee for the government for over 30 years. Jerome was the definition of hard work. He worked multiple jobs and just recently, opened his very own lawn care business. On April 11, 1989, he married his wife Rachel Ball and began to blend two families. Jerome was preceded in death by his father, Willie Ball and sister, Demetris Ball. He is survived by his mother Ozell, his wife Rachel, his children Keith, Janean, Otis, Delisha, Jasmine, Reggie, Kawain, Valerie, Taquan and stepchildren Deena and Harry. He also had tons of nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandchildren. Jerome will be missed by so many but his memories will always be within our hearts.
