Obituary for Leroy Lancaster Sr.
Leroy Lancaster, born on December 8, 1927, peacefully departed this earthly life, Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at the hospital. Born to Samuel and Olivia Lancaster, Leroy moved to Virginia at an early age.
Affectionally known to some as Pops, Leroy, and Uncle Leroy, he is predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth Lancaster; Leroy is survived by three children, Felecia A. Arrington, Brian K. Lancaster (Cassandra), and Lee Lancaster and three grandchildren, Dr. Janina Arrington, Brandon Lancaster, and Bria Lancaster, and a dear friend Deacon James Rivers also a member of New Calvary Baptist Church. Mr. Lancaster is also survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
