Obituary for Predell Parker Jr.
Predell Parker Jr. was born in Norfolk, Virginia on March 17, 1956. He departed this earthly life on Friday, September 9, 2022.
He received Christ at an early age under the leadership of Overseer Rev. Robert Walker and was ordained to be a pastor at The Assembly in Jesus Christ Holiness Church.
He served in the US Army from 1983-1987, was an active member of Prepaid legal, Tahitian Noni, the Booker T. Washington concerned citizens board and a Longshoreman at ILA Local #1248 in Norfolk until his health prevented him from participating.
Predell received his education from Norview High School, graduating in June of 1975. He loved to laugh & sing, enjoyed witnessing to people, reading & giving out scriptures, praying, saving souls and he lived his life for Christ.
He is preceded in death by his mother & father Bettie & Predell Parker Sr. and sister Wendy Parker. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Lillie D. Parker, daughter Sherida N. Parker, son Nathaniel Parker, step-daughters Delphine Reynolds-Robinson & Sherita Outlaw, sister Beverly Parker, brothers Robert Parker, Duncan Parker, Victor Parker & Troy Parker, his grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews & cousins.
