Howard Johnathan Dukes was born in Norfolk, VA on March 10, 1963 and departed this life on December 30,2022. He was the first born son of the late Fannie Louise Dukes.
Howard is survived by his twin Jeffrey J. Dukes, Paul M. Dukes of Norfolk VA, brother: Franchone Dukes (Wanda Dukes) of Virginia Beach, VA and one sister, Sharlene Dukes of Decatur GA; Aunts Marsha Williams of San Antonio TX, Jennifer Davis of Norfolk VA, Diane Dukes of Norfolk, VA; Uncles, Buxton Dukes ( Janet Dukes), Dennis Dukes, Norfolk, VA, Oscar Dukes, Chesapeake, VA, James Dukes (Marrion Dukes) San Antonio TX; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Howard was fan of all sports. Early in life he was a master of multiple sports. Whatever he set his mind to do, he did it with all his might.
Howard was intelligent and a gifted hard-working person who rarely made excuses for himself, but pushed hard to manage the life he lived.
