Harold Cooper was born on July 4, 1927 in Jacksonville, Florida raised by the late Dock and Dora Cooper.
He received his education in Baxley, Georgia. Harold Cooper was a World War II Veteran. He later moved to Norfolk, Virginia, where he married the late Katherine K. Cooper. Harold was a member of Faith Deliverance Christian Center. He retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard after 35 years of service.
Harold Cooper leaves to cherish his memories; his faithful and devoted Daughter, Gloria Moody (John) (Suitland, Maryland); one Son, Harold Bellamy (Chesapeake, Virginia); two Grandchildren, Trent O. Cooper (Newport News, Virginia) and Harold Bunch (Hampton, Virginia); one Great Granddaughter, Catherine Cooper (Newport News, Virginia); nieces, nephews, relatives and a host of friends.
Harold Cooper will be remembered for his love and faith in God, his spirit of giving, his many words of wisdom and the love for his family.
