Farewell my friend. I remember when we were just kids in the Young Park housing development. I remember your mother. I remember us marching in the band at Booker T. Washington High School. Phillip was a great person who gave so much of himself to the world and helped so many people. He was a one of kind person. There will never be another Dr. Phillip Lucas. Your Childhood friends, your classmates thank you for making the world a better place. "If I can help somebody, as I pass along
If I can cheer somebody, with a word or song, If I can show somebody, that he's travelling wrong, Then my living shall not be in vain! Well done my Good and Faithful servant! See you in Heaven my brother!
